The Founder’s Blueprint · ExploraSelf
Twelve practical weeks that take the business out of your head and onto paper. Each week you open something real, your calendar, your invoices, your customers, and write down what is actually there.
FREEWeeks 1–3, and they stay free
No card · stop any week · your work stays yours
Welcome
Work through this and the business grows without needing you to hold all of it in your head.
Everything you need to do it is here — the questions, the worksheets, the numbers, and someone who has done it reading what you write.
And none of it happens by trying harder
It happens by fixing the right one of four things.
What you already lead
You are leading all four right now, whether you chose to or not. The first weeks show you which ones you actually know, and which ones you are guessing at.
One
Two
Three
Four
Everything you are trying to fix sits in one of those four. Work the wrong one and nothing moves.
So the whole job is finding out which one — and fixing that one first.
Three taps · no sign-up to look
Before the how, count what staying the same costs you.
Count it yourself
Two numbers only you know. Drag them to your real week.
Beyond the week you want, every year
780 h
That is 20 of your chosen weeks, every year.
Who got those hours last year, and who went without them?
One protected three-hour block a week takes back 156 of them, every year.
Week one starts by counting where last week actually went.
And you never drop the other three. Let’s lay the twelve weeks out flat.
How twelve weeks run
Not a module on mindset then a module on sales. Every week works all four and leans on the one you are thinnest in. They rise together, because in a real business they do.
Every column is one week. Every column has all four — that is the whole point. The weight shifts, the coverage never does.
Four moves in each, every week: tap the line that sounds like you, slide to the honest number, write once, one sentence with blanks, and read four lines back, built only from your answers. No blank pages, and nothing you can answer by thinking hard.
Let’s skip ahead for a moment, to the part worth working for.
Twelve weeks from now
Not promises about revenue. Things you will have done if you do the work, each one checked on a Sunday.
So how do you get there? Gently, and in order.
How it works
A free account, then your Base Camp: where you stand, and which of the four is costing you most.
Tap, slide, write one sentence, read four lines back. Four parts of the business close a week.
Your own answers come back to you as four plain lines. After week three, Alexandru and the team read them and name the one thing to fix first.
Every week asks you to open something real — your calendar, your invoices, your delivery — and write down what is actually there. That is the method, and it is why it works.
The numbers are never the point. Each one is there to help you make a decision, lead a person or hand something over — the leadership work only you can do.
A free account: your name, email and a password, so your work is saved. Nothing to pay.
Let’s begin where everyone begins — on your own, and on the house.
Three weeks, all four domains, at no cost. You sign up with an email so your work is saved and follows you between your laptop and your phone.
It is Sunday, week three. On paper:
Free · weeks 1–3
No card. An email, so your work is saved, follows you between devices — and so Alexandru can read it before you ever speak.
Two minutes to find your starting point.

Why this exists
In my late teens I built made-to-measure kitchens and wardrobes. I loved it. I also did everything myself, and I didn’t watch the money. Orders came late, and the business closed.
Today I mentor founders. The Blueprint is what I wish someone had put in front of me then: the right things to look at, one week at a time, and someone to read them with me.
Alexandru
Three Sundays later
Three kinds of founder, three different weeks. Illustrations of what the work asks for, not reviews.
You can start tonight, on your own, for nothing.
And whatever you write, you keep.
On paper, in your hands, and yours to hand on.
What lands on your desk
Not a course you watch. A workbook for your stage, and a worksheet every week that does the arithmetic while you fill it in.

Your answers save as you type and follow you between laptop and phone. Print them, export them, or hand them to whoever runs that part of the business next.
Free, and the first three weeks stay free.

The Boardroom · what comes next
Finish week three and you can book an hour with Alexandru at no cost. Alexandru and the team read everything you wrote beforehand, so the hour is spent deciding rather than explaining.
That hour opens weeks four and five.

And while the team is reading, let’s put your numbers under the lamp.
Included with that hour · worth the session on its own
A full audit of your business across all four — thirty-two questions and eighteen of your own numbers — run before you ever speak to Alexandru. The team reads it first. You arrive to a conversation that is already about the real thing.

What it tells you, domain by domain
Two things it checks that founders rarely check themselves
If that is true and you do not know it, you find out the month they leave — and by then there is nothing to do about it.
Then the business cannot grow past your diary, cannot be handed over, and cannot survive a bad fortnight.
Neither is a verdict. Both are questions worth answering before another quarter goes by.
Finish week three, book the hour, and the Report opens with it.
Ready to keep going under your own steam? Let’s build the owner.
Weeks six to nine are where the business stops living in your head — and where you find out what it has been costing you to keep it there.
All nine weeks, in your own time, with the library behind them: the frameworks, the tools, the books, and the printed workbook for your stage.
Or let’s do the whole thing, properly, and in company.
All twelve open from day one. Nothing held back and nothing sequenced to keep you waiting.
Weighted to whichever of the four is thinnest for you. Two founders on the HUB walk the same twelve weeks and do a different programme.
Begin free this week. Upgrade whenever it makes sense.
And for the founder who would rather not walk it alone at all.
The Summit · the top of Link to Lead
Everything in the HUB — and Alexandru with you every week, plus the people who help you put the systems into the business rather than leaving you to do it alone.
The promise: by the end, it is installed. Not understood — installed, running, and being used by somebody other than you.

Twelve weeks · twelve hours with your mentor · the team · both stages.
Start nowLet’s put them side by side, so the choice is easy.
Side by side
Each contains the one above it. The only thing that changes is how far you get and how much of Alexandru is in it.
Your week counted, your reason written, ten customers named. Your work saved and waiting on any device.
Finish week three and book it. No cost. The hour itself opens weeks four and five — and Alexandru names the domain costing you most, having read everything you wrote with the team.
Takes you to week nine. One process somebody else runs, your margin on a job, and the work you finally put down.
Takes you to the end. A hundred named prospects, your weekly number, a quarter with dates — and three hours with Alexandru.
Everything above, plus your mentor Alexandru with you step by step — and the team who help you put each system into the business, so it is running rather than written down.
Finally, let’s talk about what it is worth.
What it is worth
You can see where last week’s hours went — and one block each week is protected for the work that matters.
You know what a job really earns, so you stop quoting from fear.
At least one thing runs properly without you in the room.
A hundred named people to approach, instead of waiting for referrals.
You can see which ones cost you, and what to do about them.
Decisions made on figures you wrote down, not on how the week felt.
And so you never work from memory: everything that goes with it, on paper.

Slide on the left. Cash, clients, your time and the help you can afford move on their own on the right.
Every one of those starts in the same place, and it costs nothing to find out which.
The alternative is another quarter of guessing which of the four is the one holding you back. You already know what that costs.
